'nutrabiotics': Beautiful Hair, Skin & Nails Supplements

I'm a big fan of health supplements, especially when they cross-over into the beauty-sector! If you're like me, then you'll love the 'nutrabiotics' beautiful hair, skin & nails supplements. Not only do they give visible results, but they're also going to be doing you the world of good inside. Read on to hear my thoughts...

I wasn't aware of this before, but the majority of multivitamin supplements on the market use synthetic ingredients and this means that the nutrients they contain are often not absorbed properly. 'nutrabiotics', on the other hand, uses pure, 100% natural ingredients in their supplements and and they do not use fillers or bulking agents. Their capsules are, therefore, packed full of goodness that your body can easily and readily uptake.

The company also has a deeply ethical ethos: nature plays such a big part in their supplements that, in return, they want to sustain the environment where they can. For this reason, their packaging is made from 100% recycled board which in turn is recyclable and biodegradeable. The ingredients themselves are also all ethically sourced.

Over the past few weeks I've been trying their, 'Beautiful Hair, Skin & Nails' supplements which contain high strength omega-3, biotin and natural vitamin E.

I'm sure you've all heard of omega-3 and how it's a bit of a wonder-ingredient. Omega-3 is a type of fatty acid which is not only important for normal metabolism, but also supports cardiovascular health. Omega-3 is a subtance that our bodies can't produce for themselves, so we have to get it from our diet. As a student, I often worry I'm not getting everything I need from my meals - so taking supplements like these gives me a lot of reassurance that I'm not missing out!

Biotin is a core ingredient for any product that claims to help your skin, hair or nails. It's a vitamin that is necessary for cell growth, but it can be difficult to find rich sources of it from foods.

Finally, vitamin E is an anti-oxidant which offers protection to your cells from harmful free radicals. Skin damage is a key component of premature aging, so regular doses of vitamin E will help prevent any unnecessary damage.

The pack came with 45 capsules and you're suggested to take two capsules, twice daily with food. There is some flexibility with this in that you can take three capsles, twice daily to see an optimal benefit. The capsules themselves are dark green, soft, tasteless and easy to swallow.

I would definitely say that I've seen results with these supplements. The most considerable result has probably been with my nails - in particular, my cuticles. I frequently suffer with flaking skin at the cuticles which can be pretty sore, but of late I've had none of this faking at all. The skin is so smooth and feels so much more hydrated. Sticking with my fingertips, I've also had a lot less nail breakages. Moving up to my hair, it's definitely felt a lot smoother and looks shinier - I've also had less pesky flyaways! I always have trouble with split ends, so I'm hoping this will help prevent any further breakages too.

As well as the 'Beautiful Hair, Skin and Nails' supplements they have plenty of other varieties:
Pure Raspberry Ketone Extract
One a day Multivitamins
Pure Acai Berry, Raspberry Ketone & Green Coffee Extract
Pure Glucosamine HCl Chondroitin Sulphate, Zinc Sulpphate & Vitamin C

I think 'nutrabiotics' are definitely on to something great with their supplements. I feel so much more reassured knowing that the capsules I'm taking are made of pure, natural ingredients and that they're going to be giving me added health benefits that I might not be getting otherwise.

Be sure to check out their site or social media if you're interested in finding out more... I'd highly recommend them!
